An Initial Consult is required prior to any care being provided. This
initial consult is arranged to best suit your schedule and is facilitated by one of our Animal Care Specialists. As a professional animal care service, we want to ensure that
you and your animals would benefit from the care we provide. Let us know
when you would like to set up your initial consult, and we can answer
any questions specific to your animal’s care.
Both the "Away From Home" service and the "Daily Session" service have
different levels of care, that are tailored to the care and routine that
they normally experience.
 Away From Home
 This
care is usually provided while the Animal’s owners are “Away From Home”
or out of town. These services are provided at your home by our Animal
Care Specialists. Our care is specific to each animal and their routine.
The aim is to replicate the care you give, while you are away.
While we do not offer overnight care, we can care for your pet up to 4 times per day and do offer extended sessions.
Benefits:
- Your pets are more comfortable and relaxed because their routine
is maintained.
- Because this routine is maintained in their own environment, you
have little worry of them developing bad habits as they would if in
a more communal environment that may be strange and new to them.
- We take additional steps to ensure that no transmission of
illness or parasites from one animal to another will occur.
- We monitor their general health and behavior and leave a report
upon your return informing you of your pet’s status.
- Once we become a regular part of your pet’s routine, we then can
better assess their normal behavior and health as well as anything
that may be a sign of concern, thus providing complete care and
monitoring.
- We can also administer medical assistance to pet’s with special
medical or emotional needs. Including Sub-Q fluids, Allergy shots,
Insulin Injections, Feeding tubes, and Medication.

 Daily
Session
 Daily sessions consist of walks and/or play breaks for your pets. Daily Sessions are provided
usually at midday, on a daily basis or weekly basis while you are busy
or at work. Daily sessions provide similar benefits to Away From Home Care. We also offer package deals for purchasing weeks of care at a time.
- Care is aimed at getting your pet’s exercise in addition to fecal and
urinary relief. This allows your pet a break from being inside all
day, while you are away at work.
- Stimulation for your pet is provided by walking and/or play
time. This aids in maintaining potty training and good behavior.
- When pets are left alone for too long during the day, they
sometimes develop bad habits that are result of feeling nervous due
to the need to urinate, or mild anxiety due to the frustration of
being alone all day. A once a day visit from a Board At Home Animal
Care Specialist aids in eliminating these potential problems.
- We can also administer medical assistance to pet’s with special
medical or emotional needs. Including Sub-Q fluids, Allergy shots,
Insulin Injections, Feeding tubes, and Medication.
