request reservations to be made as far in advance as possible. We
recommend at least 2-3 weeks for holiday scheduling, and one week for
all other times of the year.
- Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
- We ask for at least 72 hours cancellation notice. Any
cancellations received within 24 hours of a session will be charged
the cost of the session. (Holiday sessions require 14 days notice
for cancellation due to high demand).
- We assure you that only Board At Home personnel are permitted in
your home and no other pets are brought on the property.
- We recommend that your pets wear current identification tags at
all times.
- To provide the highest quality of service, we ask that no other
friends or family assist in the daily tasks required in caring for
your pet. This allows us to monitor their routine and provide
outstanding care.
- We require an inital consultation and two keys to your home in order to schedule your care. There may be additional fees for key pick-ups if not done at the consult. Key returns may be requested at any time. There is a fee for rush return of your key.
