If you would like to request service from Board At Home, please fill out the initial contact form below. We will respond to your request promptly during normal business hours. If you are a current client, please use the form on the Current Clients' page to request a service callback or price quote.

Please Note: All requests for care must be at least 48 hours in advance of your departure. If booked 24 hours or less a last minute booking fee may apply. Before any care is scheduled, a 1 Hr initial consult must be provided to record all of the details of your care, pick up keys, learn the layout of the home, as well as meet the pets and learn their routine. We must also have in our possession any keys, clickers, or codes needed to provide care at your residence. Key pick-up charges may apply if keys are not given to the Animal Care Specialist at your consult. Please remember that until you receive a response by email or by phone confirming your care, it has not been scheduled.
